This privacy policy applies to the mobile application Rally Slide (the "Application"), developed and operated by Tommi Seppänen ("Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our").

Information Collection and Use

The Application does not require registration to play offline, and the Service Provider does not run proprietary servers to log, store, or profile your personal data. Your standard progress and device settings remain stored locally on your device.

If the Application is used with an active internet connection, standard network protocol information (such as temporary IP addresses) is transmitted to facilitate basic connectivity, but is not retained or used by the Service Provider for tracking.

Google Play Games Services (GPGS)

The Application integrates Google Play Games Services to provide features such as cloud game saves, leaderboards, achievements, and gameplay telemetry via GPGS Events.

If you choose to sign in to Google Play Games Services, Google processes data associated with your Google Account, including:

• Account Identifiers: Your Google Play Games gamer tag, profile avatar, and Gamer ID.
• Leaderboards and Achievements: Unlocked badges, milestones, and high scores.
• Cloud Saves: Game state and stage progress synchronized across devices.
• Gameplay Events: In-game actions and event counters (e.g., races completed, parts unlocked) recorded via the GPGS Events API for progression tracking and gameplay balancing.

Third-Party Data Access

Except for Google Play Games Services as outlined above, the Application does not sell, trade, or share your data with advertising networks or third-party brokers.

Location Data

The Application does not collect, request, or monitor precise geographic location data from your mobile device.

Opt-Out and Data Management

Using Google Play Games Services is optional. You can disconnect your Google account from the Application at any time through the Google Play Games app settings on your device.

To delete cloud save files, achievement data, or event histories, you can manage your game data via your Google Account or the Google Play Games app. If you contact the Service Provider directly via email, you may request the deletion of any personal communications.

Data Security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are maintained to protect any data handled by the Application. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method can guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Application signifies acceptance of any modifications.
